Responsibilities

• Own the eCommerce acceleration strategy on Amazon, aligned to business objectives.
• Define quarterly performance plans and measurable targets; translate strategy into actions across media-to-shelf levers.
• Lead investment tradeoffs within Brand's retail media and optimize toward KPIs such as ROAS and CVR.
• Lead Amazon workstreams for NPD launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams for launch readiness.
