SC Johnson is seeking a Manager, Amazon Retail Media Marketing to own Amazon performance for a key brand such as Ziploc or Glade. You will craft retail media strategy, set investment priorities, and guide execution with Brand, Sales, Finance and Supply & Planning.

You will lead weekly cadences, run test-and-learn programs, and ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach to drive profitable growth and improve share while aligning with digital shelf readiness and commercial goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, retail media, digital commerce marketing, shopper marketing, omnichannel marketing.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Own the Brand eCommerce acceleration strategy on Amazon and align with business objectives.
• Define quarterly performance plans and translate strategy into actions across media-to-shelf levers.
• Lead investment tradeoffs within Brand's retail media, grounded in performance data.
• Lead Amazon workstreams for NPD launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply & Planning and agencies for optimal execution.
• Establish weekly operating cadence and run test-and-learn programs.
• Monitor conversion drivers and align retail media with digital shelf readiness.
