Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 10+ years of Commercial, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Media or related experience.
• MBA preferred and/or advanced business degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead commerce marketing and retail media strategy across customers and channels.
• Translate priorities into shopper and retailer activation strategies for digital and physical commerce.
• Build differentiated customer/channel strategies based on shopper behavior and retailer capabilities.
• Guide investment planning, including JBP, across national retailers and emerging channels.
• Act as internal expert on retailer media networks, measurement and enable scalable best practices.
• Develop the future operating model and capability for commerce marketing across the organization.
