Job summary

Dentsu's Commerce & Retail Media team in New York seeks a dynamic Director to lead monetization strategy and go-to-market initiatives for a CMN/RMN client. You will oversee a team, manage supplier relationships, and partner with Sales, Analytics, Activation, Planning, and Operations to drive growth.

The role prioritizes leadership, collaboration, and translating media strategies into actionable business insights, with a focus on governance, roadmaps, and innovative media solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of digital performance marketing experience (eCommerce/retail media).
• 5+ years of people leadership, coaching and developing teams.
• Proven experience managing strategic client or supplier relationships.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic and Execution Leads.
• Own monetization tools and artifacts for the network client.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and test plans across functions.
• Escalate and resolve complex supplier, seller, and team issues.
• Partner with Sales to develop account strategies and allocate resources.
• Drive planning, business reviews, and growth initiatives.
• Maintain best practices and operational processes for the team.
