Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a dedicated Brand Operations support specialist to assist with inventory planning, listing optimization, account health, and day-to-day Seller Central operations.

You will execute tasks, produce actionable insights, and flag issues before they escalate, under the guidance of the Brand Operations Manager. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams on listings, product launches, and international expansion, gaining hands-on Amazon experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong listing optimization and keyword research experience.
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa or comparable tools.
• Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing operational data and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English for remote collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory coverage and support replenishment plans based on sales velocity, seasonality, and forecast guidance.
• Flag aged inventory and coordinate shipments to reduce storage costs and delays.
• Improve listing discoverability via keyword research and updates to titles, bullets, backend terms, and A+ Content using tools like Helium 10.
• Analyze ASIN-level traffic, keyword rankings, and search term performance to improve organic ranking and CTR.
• Resolve listings suppressions, catalog issues, and Seller Central cases; escalate as needed.
• Monitor account health, Buy Box status, pricing, reviews; flag recurring issues for action.
• Audit FBA shipments and fees; file reimbursement claims for losses.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, sessions, conversion, inventory flow, gaps.
• Track competitor listings and trends to strengthen listing positioning using tools like Helium 10/Keepa.
• Coordinate launches, A+ content, and image updates with marketing, design, and supply chain teams.
