Job summary

Ballard House is a founder-led ecommerce company partnering with brands to scale Amazon operations using in-house content, advertising, and logistics tools. The Head of Amazon Operations will lead a 10+ person team, implement scalable processes, and integrate AI-driven workflows across functions for consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years leading operations or client services in ecommerce
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (catalog, demand planning, logistics, data management)
• Proven ability to build and grow teams of 10+, own SOPs and execution across functions

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance across inventory planning, content, advertising, catalog and operations
• Drive process improvements with cross-functional brand management, warehouse and account teams
• Ensure SOPs are up-to-date, documented, versioned and adopted
• Coordinate with brand managers and warehousing for optimal product flow
• Define operational reporting requirements and improve data quality/accessibility
• Identify resource gaps and drive hiring, training and software implementations
• Lead recurring operations meetings to track KPIs and remove friction
• Scale team structure and management systems as department grows
• Travel quarterly to Michigan or other U.S. locations for planning
