Job summary

MadaLuxe Group is seeking an experienced Marketplace Account Manager to oversee the full life cycle of online accounts, with a focus on growing the Amazon business and optimizing performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketplace management, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, inventory control, and strategic marketplace initiatives across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketplace management experience.
• Amazon Seller Central experience (min 1 year).
• Amazon FBA experience (min 1 year).
• Strong proficiency with Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Own sales plan for Amazon business and monitor inventory, removals, returns, and reimbursements.
• Oversee FBA operations and analyze sell-through across inventory.
• Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns and optimize ACOS/ROAS.
• Monitor seller metrics and ensure timely shipping and customer service.
• Prepare pricing, promotions, and deals; manage SKU counts and price competitiveness.
• Coordinate product launches on additional marketplace channels.
• Filing cases and maintaining Amazon Account Health.
