Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace. You will oversee listing management, catalog optimization, content quality, and promotions, collaborating with marketing, product, inventory, and customer service teams to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Seller Central experience, strong SEO and analytics skills, and the ability to drive visibility, conversion, and profitability across ASINs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience, preferably managing Seller Central accounts.
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon catalog/listing management.
• Experience creating and optimizing Amazon product listings and ASINs.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, A+ Content, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Sunny Health & Fitness's Amazon Seller Central account.
• Monitor account performance, sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Identify and resolve listing issues, suppressed content, and inventory problems.
• Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings and ASINs.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO and conversion.
• Plan and execute Amazon promotions, coupons, deals, and seasonal events.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, product, inventory, and customer service teams.
