Job summary

MadaLuxe is seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to own the end-to-end Amazon marketplace, driving growth and profitability across listings, inventory, and campaigns. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align sales plans with brand objectives and optimize fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of marketplace experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Amazon FBA and Seller Central expertise to accelerate the business within our luxury platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketplace management experience.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (minimum 1 year).
• Amazon FBA experience (minimum 1 year).
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIF.

Responsibilities

• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Full control over sales plan for the Amazon business.
• Coordinate FBA/FBM inventory, replenishments, removals, returns, reimbursements, and account issues.
• Oversee all FBA business and analyze sell-throughs.
• Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns and bid strategies.
• Monitor Seller Metrics (Shipping, Customer Service).
• Run coupons and deals on Amazon.
• Monitor SKU counts and price competition across marketplaces.
• Leverage resources to manage pricing, inventory, and assortment online.
• File cases and monitor Amazon Account Health.
• Address authenticity complaints and shipping requirements (Seller Fulfilled Prime).
• Brand ambassador – maintain voice and attributes.
• Reporting: Sales, Gross Margins, Returns, Buy Box analysis.
• Troubleshoot product errors and launch on various marketplaces.
• Take end-to-end perspective on running Marketplaces from ops/logistics view.
