Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Amazon merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth, conversion, customer acquisition, and overall channel performance.
• Establish merchandising priorities and optimization plans based on performance data, customer behavior, competitive trends, and marketplace opportunities.
• Lead digital shelf strategy across Amazon, ensuring products are discoverable, compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee optimization of product detail pages, Brand Stores, A+ Content, imagery, video, and other enhanced content experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators including traffic, conversion, sales trends, search performance, content effectiveness, inventory positioning, and customer engagement.
• Lead Amazon content strategy to strengthen product storytelling, search visibility, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch efforts for new product launches and promotions across multiple brands.
• Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Product Development, and external agencies to drive results.
