Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to lead client’s Amazon business within Client Services. You will drive strategy, oversee catalog work, and manage client relationships with a focus on data-driven decisions.

This dynamic role demands attention to detail, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while translating industry trends into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading eCommerce businesses, especially Amazon.
• Strong detail orientation with ability to prioritize and execute projects.
• Experience managing external relationships to meet goals.
• Solution-minded and able to navigate ambiguity and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and defend a complete Amazon strategy for clients and guide execution.
• Drive end-to-end catalog and product optimization on Amazon.
• Plan and execute merchandising strategies to accelerate sales.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Maintain effective client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
