Job summary

Flywheel, part of Omnicom, seeks an eCommerce Business Manager to lead clients' Amazon strategies within Client Services. You will shape strategy, manage catalog work, and advise on channel challenges, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a degree and proven eCommerce leadership, strong data analysis, and superb project management, with a bias for action and ownership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading eCommerce businesses, especially Amazon.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage external client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-call consultant to address Amazon challenges.
• Build and defend Amazon strategy for clients.
• Develop best-in-class Amazon product pages for discoverability, traffic and conversions.
• Plan merchandising strategies including content, pricing and budget.
• Translate industry trends into tailored client actions.
