Job summary

Flywheel seeks an experienced eCommerce Media Manager to join our Client Services team. The role manages large, complex client relationships and leads day-to-day e-commerce media strategy and performance across platforms, including Amazon.

You will drive campaigns, budgets, and KPIs, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with internal Retail and Media Specialists to grow client business while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, focusing on Amazon advertising platforms.
• Experience developing, managing, and analyzing online promotion campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Innovative, data-driven thinker able to influence with data.
• Thrives in dynamic, demanding situations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan budgets with clients and deliver campaigns according to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure campaign success.
• Manage keyword selection and optimum bid levels across advertising options.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and insights for campaigns.
• Create and analyse customer shopping behaviour to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate promotional planning and client communications.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and mentor team members.
• Monitor budget pacing and review campaign activity daily; provide weekly/monthly analyses.
• Identify new opportunities for clients and resolve issues with internal teams.
