Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an experienced eCommerce Media Manager to join our Client Services team. You will lead daily client engagements, drive strategy discussions, and manage campaigns across Amazon and emerging platforms.

You will craft budgets, optimize product listings, and monitor KPIs to deliver measurable growth. You will partner with clients, mentor junior team members, and communicate insights through regular reporting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management experience.
• Digital marketing and analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with project management and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, focus on Amazon advertising platforms.
• Experience developing, managing, and analysing online promotion campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan budgets and deliver campaigns according to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
• Manage keyword selection and optimum bid levels across options.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
