Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Media Manager to lead client engagements and drive growth across digital campaigns, with a focus on Amazon advertising. You will manage budgets, optimize product performance, and deliver KPI-driven results while mentoring junior team members.

In this role you will communicate with senior clients, develop strategic recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management experience.
• Experience in digital marketing and analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced analytics.
• Detail-oriented with solid project management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with focus on Amazon advertising platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Independent thinker who uses data to influence.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan budgets and deliver campaigns aligned with KPIs.
• Provide guidance on product optimizations for campaign success.
• Manage keyword selection and bid levels across options.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Track metrics and communicate campaign results and insights.
• Create and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes.
• Coordinate promotional planning calendars for client campaigns.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and develop specialists toward a Media Manager role.
• Monitor budget pacing daily and review campaign activity with weekly/monthly analyses.
• Collaborate with Retail teams on full-service engagements and educate clients on best-in-class strategy.
• Translate market trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients.
• Identify new opportunities and resolve client issues; travel as needed.
