Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an experienced eCommerce Media Manager to join our Client Services team. You will lead daily client engagements, drive strategy, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns across our platform network, partnering with senior clients to grow sales and optimize investment.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor Media Specialists, refine budgeting and KPI tracking, and translate market trends into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management experience.
• Digital marketing and analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Detail-oriented with strong project management.
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising on Amazon platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent thinker with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Help client to plan and develop a budget and deliver campaigns according to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
• Manage keyword selection and optimum bid levels across advertising options.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and communicate results.
• Create, test, measure and analyse customer shopping behaviour for improved outcomes.
• Manage promotional planning calendar for client campaigns.
• Drive strategy discussions with the clients.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls.
• Develop specialists to move into a Media Manager role.
• Check budget pacing daily.
• Review search and display activity daily with weekly/monthly analysis.
• Connect weekly with internal Retail team when applicable.
• Educate clients on best-in-class strategy.
• Translate industry trends into tailored recommendations for clients.
• Identify new opportunities for clients under management.
• Resolve client issues quickly with teams.
• Highlight value Flywheel drives for clients.
• Travel required based on client needs.
