Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC is seeking an Assistant Manager, Amazon – Derm/Luxe, to drive catalog operations, product launches, site health, and reporting for our Dermaclinical and Luxury brands on Amazon. You will coordinate with account managers, brand teams, and vendors to ensure accurate representation and on-time launches.

The role requires 2–4 years of Amazon experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of Amazon (1P/3P) experience with Vendor and/or Seller Central required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong communication and data-presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with Amazon Vendor Specialists and cross-functional partners for catalog initiatives, product launches, issue resolution, and ongoing operations.
• Manage end-to-end catalog maintenance, including new item setup, variation creation, GTIN submissions, node updates, price changes, and buy box monitoring.
• Monitor catalog health with site audits, resolve suppressions and pricing discrepancies, and drive Item Data Quality improvements.
• Coordinate launch readiness updates, MAP pricing alignment, catalog updates, and product information distribution.
• Develop and deliver recurring business performance reports, including sales recaps and ad hoc analyses.
• Provide operational and administrative support such as meeting recaps, financial submissions, and sample management.
