Job summary

TRIWAVE Solutions INC in Woodlawn, MD is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to join our onsite team. You will design and implement contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, and other AWS services, and you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in large-scale enterprise frameworks, call routing, and real-time messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with large-scale enterprise frameworks.
• 7+ years of AWS Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Java.
• 3+ years of experience with call routing and messaging.
• Experience with IVR, ACD, and skill-based routing.
• Experience with live chat and messaging solutions.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, and documenting requirements.
• Experience developing process-flow documentation.
• Experience with AWS Lambda.
• Experience with Amazon Lex and conversational bots/NLP.
• Experience with Kinesis Streams and Kinesis Data Firehose.
• Experience with AWS Glue and VPC.
• Experience with SNS, AppSync, and EventBridge.
• Experience with DynamoDB Streams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
