Hadley Designs seeks an Amazon Category Growth Manager to own a multi-million dollar product category, with Amazon as the primary growth channel. This high-impact role rewards ownership, accountability, and data-backed decision-making within a scaled e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability in growth roles.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools.
• Collaborative, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
• Optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy.
• Identify and validate new product and expansion opportunities.
• Manage lifecycle of existing products for continued relevance and profitability.
• Plan inventory and demand to support growth while controlling cost and risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams.
