Flapen is hiring an Amazon Brand Manager to own P&L, strategy and end-to-end execution for client brands. You will manage from zero to mature listings, focusing on measurable metrics like TACOS, conversion rate, margin, and revenue growth.

This role requires prior experience with Amazon brands and comfort with async, remote collaboration. We operate fully remotely with flexible schedules and emphasize owning outcomes over process.

Qualificações

• Experience managing full-funnel Amazon brand performance.
• Worked across product launches, PPC strategy, and margin improvement.
• Familiar with TACOS/ACoS, CVR, forecasting and the 5 traffic channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own listings, strategy and marketplace performance for assigned brands.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs: TACOS, margin, CVR, sales velocity.
• Coordinate across Creative, PPC, Sourcing, and Ops to hit targets.
• Lead new product launches from ideation to live listing with timelines.
• Flag risks and growth opportunities with recommendations.
• Lead client communications via Slack and Zoom.
• Manage tasks in ClickUp to ensure on-time delivery.
