Envision Horizons in the United States is seeking a Sr. Media Manager to lead Amazon advertising initiatives for a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll own strategy, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO to drive measurable growth. This fully remote role offers uncapped commissions, health benefits, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Amazon Advertising experience (Search & DSP).
• 2+ years in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and exceeding performance goals.
• Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy for a diverse client portfolio.
• Hands-on campaign management: build, optimize, and scale to exceed KPIs.
• Analyze performance data to drive insights and strategic pivots.
• Lead client calls and strategy sessions as a trusted advisor.
• Stay ahead of Amazon tools, beta programs, and new features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising with branding and retail strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists.
• Inform clients about new Amazon tools and opportunities.
