Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., is hiring an Insights Lead Analyst, Commerce. You will be Tinuiti’s hands-on analytics specialist for Amazon and Commerce data, building advanced analyses, custom reporting, and actionable insights to guide Client Leads and Commerce teams.

You will work across Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Advertising, and retail data, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to inform planning, optimization, and retail decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Commerce analytics or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AMC, including SQL querying, and retail data.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Leads and Commerce Leads to understand objectives, performance questions, and analytics priorities.
• Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, visualizations, and performance narratives.
• Build AMC queries and analyses across audiences, campaign performance, and retail data.
• Maintain documentation and quality assurance across data sources, logic, and methodologies.
• Translate data into clear findings and actionable recommendations.
