Tinuiti in the United States is seeking an Insights Lead Analyst for Commerce to own analytics on Amazon and retail data, building advanced analyses, custom reporting, and actionable insights for client and commerce teams.

You will work with AMC, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and Scintilla to inform planning, optimization, and decision making, delivering client-ready narratives and scalable analytics workflows.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in Commerce analytics and retail media.
• Strong hands-on experience with AMC, SQL querying, audience analysis.
• Strong experience with Amazon Advertising and retail data.
• Strong SQL proficiency and BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of Commerce measurement, including new-to-brand, share of voice, market share, product-level performance.
• Practical Python and/or R experience is preferred for custom analysis.
• Strong data storytelling, documentation, quality-control, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting Client Leads and Commerce account teams; direct client-facing experience is helpful but not the primary requirement.
• Comfort using AI to ls responsibly to improve analytical efficiency and insight generation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Client Leads to understand objectives and analytical priorities.
• Support client and commerce leads with data narratives, technical explanations, reporting, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commerce Media and Operations to inform planning, optimization, and decisions.
• Join client discussions and readouts when specialized expertise is needed.
• Identify recurring analytical needs and opportunities for stronger analysis, testing, reporting, or measurement.
• Use AMC queries and analyses to support insights across campaigns and audiences.
• Maintain expertise in Amazon platform capabilities and related data environments.
• Design and refine reporting, dashboards, and automated workflows.
