Quota Crushers Agency - Sales Recruiters in Brooklyn is seeking a Director of eCommerce to own the Amazon 1P Vendor Central business and drive revenue growth for a national consumer brand.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage day-to-day operations, optimize margins, and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, finance, operations and supply chain to scale the Amazon business on the East and West Coasts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing a large Amazon 1P / Vendor Central business
• Deep understanding of the Amazon Vendor Central ecosystem
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
• Experience with SellerCloud
• Experience selling consumer electronics on Amazon 1P
• Experience with private-label brands
• Walmart Marketplace experience preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete Amazon Vendor Central account
• Develop and execute strategies to grow Amazon revenue and profitability
• Manage Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns
• Oversee catalog management, content, pricing and product listings
• Manage inventory forecasting and Amazon purchase orders
• Resolve chargebacks, shortages, deductions, compliance and operational issues
• Monitor sales performance, margins, profitability and key account metrics
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Amazon Vendor Manager
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency and overall account health
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, supply chain and creative teams
• Coordinate with warehouse teams across the East and West Coasts
