Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking an AM Sous Chef for the Main House to lead breakfast and lunch service, ensuring a 5-Star culinary experience for every guest. The role emphasizes quality, execution, and consistency across all meals and service periods.

You will work with the Dining Room Management team to optimize operations, coach the culinary and stewarding staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years of direct restaurant/hotel F&B experience or 4–5 years in related areas.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day AM service and production management with labor cost control.
• Manage weekly breakfast and lunch menu matrix for efficiency and guest experience.
• Educate wait staff on menu and service knowledge.
• Coordinate with Dining Room Management for smooth service periods.
• Maintain HACCP plans and Health Department compliance.
