Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Proctor, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to support our aging residents with compassion and dignity. Primary duties include toileting and bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, mobility support, and medication administration under supervision.

Flexible full-time, part-time, and block scheduling options are available. We offer PTO, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a CNA certification reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Applicants under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing.
• Dressing and grooming.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.

Schedule & Compensation
