Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids, MN is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to join our caregiving team. Whether experienced or starting out, you will help residents with daily living activities in a home-like setting.

Primary duties include toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, medication administration, and supporting residents with memory care. We offer flexible schedules, PTO, health insurance, and CNA certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Able to provide a supportive and dignified environment for our aging population
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older; under 18 may apply only if they possess a valid CNA license, per regulations

What You Bring

Schedule & Compensation
