The beautiful Hilton Omaha is seeking a passionate individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an AM Server.

Inspired by Omaha's historic Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods, the menu features fresh takes on classic supper club dishes, from relish trays to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar offers classic cocktails like the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned, made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery, and playful after-dinner drinks like Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper.

The Food Server is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to the hotel's profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Having knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials
• Taking and entering guest orders accurately into the POS system
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently
• Maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
• Keeping the serving station well-stocked
