The beautiful Hilton Omaha is seeking a passionate culinary professional to join our team as a Chef in Training.

Inspired by Omaha's historic Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern establishment located in downtown Omaha. It offers brunch daily and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods, the menu features reinterpretations of classic supper club dishes, including relish trays and prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar serves classic cocktails like the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned, made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery, as well as playful after-dinner drinks like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Situated on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from Midwest supper clubs.

As a Chef in Training, you will assist in daily culinary operations, contributing to delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring financial profitability. We are currently hiring for both AM and PM shifts.

• Have previous culinary experience with progressive career growth in a scratch kitchen
