About Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club

Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club located in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods. The menu offers fresh interpretations of classic supper club dishes, from relish trays to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar features classic cocktails like the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned, made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery, along with playful after-dinner drinks like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper.

Responsibilities of a Food Server

The Food Server is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and supporting the hotel's financial goals. Key duties include:

1. Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
2. Maintaining knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
3. Taking and inputting guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
4. Delivering food and drinks efficiently.
5. Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
6. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
7. Keeping the serving station well-stocked at all times.
