Job summary

Hershey Courtyard Inn is seeking a restaurant/server to take orders, serve beverages and food, and manage payments in a guest‑friendly, efficient manner. You will help maintain the dining area and equipment while coordinating with hotel leadership to ensure smooth service.

Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays, is required; prior ServSafe/food safety training and bilingual English/Spanish ability are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training; alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
