HHM Hospitality is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards. You will take orders, input them into the POS, clear tables, stock stations, and assist in various service roles as needed.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience or training, knowledge of POS systems, and may hold a TIPS certification. The schedule may include holidays and weekends in a dynamic hospitality environment at HHM locations.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take food and beverage orders and input into the point of sale system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction during service.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with supplies.
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen and ensure proper preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when appropriate.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve them.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
