Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks an AM Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service in a hotel dining setting. You will take orders, manage guest interactions, and help maintain brand standards while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Ideal candidates have POS familiarity and some F&B experience; high school diploma preferred. Opportunities include growth paths into supervisory and management roles within HHM’s hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain service standards.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items like ice and napkins.
• Assist in food preparation handoffs and ensure proper plating.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Support bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety practices.
