Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service in our dining venues. You will take orders, enter them in the POS system, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to brand and safety standards.

Responsibilities include setting tables, stocking stations, clearing checks, and assisting in related F&B tasks during peak periods. Prior F&B experience and POS knowledge are preferred; TIPS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous food & beverage experience or training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and accurate order delivery.
• Set and clear dining tables and stock service stations.
• Assist in food preparation and catering during peak periods.
• Process guest checks and payments when applicable.
• Support bartending and bussing duties as needed.
