AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Convention Center is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards and sustainability guidelines.

The role includes taking orders, serving guests, and supporting the restaurant team during peak periods. Previous F&B experience and POS familiarity are preferred, with TIPS certification a plus. Flexible schedules may apply at this DC area property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items (ice, napkins, straws).
• Assist with food pickup and ensure proper plating.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when needed.
• Perform other food/beverage duties during peak periods or staff shortages.
