Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program and safety standards.
