The Bungalow in Tiburon, CA is seeking a Morning Line Cook / Raw Bar Cook to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on sushi, sashimi, crudo, tartare, and other raw seafood dishes, with a steady morning schedule in a premier waterfront setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with sushi and raw seafood in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood fabrication and handling.
• Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and under pressure.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, crudo, tartare, and other raw seafood dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Set up and maintain the raw bar station before service.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of seafood and ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Location: Tiburon, California Pay: $24 - $26/hour

Schedule

• Wednesday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Opportunity for additional shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
• Part-time position with the potential for additional hours
