Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items efficiently following recipes.
• Maintain quality, presentation and temperature per standards.
• Break down and store leftovers using FIFO where applicable.
• Keep kitchen clean and follow sanitation checklists.
• Assist with prep for next shift and inventory/production charts.
• Report items needing repair and adhere to safety procedures.
