Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience in a restaurant, resort, lodge, or hospitality setting.
• Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with breakfast, lunch, or buffet service.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast and lunch buffets throughout service.
• Complete daily prep work and maintain organized, well‑stocked workstations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, temperatures, and presentation.
• Prepare meals that accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning kitchen stations and equipment.
• Work closely with the culinary and front‑of‑house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team‑oriented kitchen culture.
