Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience; restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional breakfast and lunch service.
• Welcome guests and anticipate their needs.
• Learn the menu and provide information and recommendations.
• Serve beverages and basic barista duties as needed.
• Keep service station clean and stocked.
• Reset tables and maintain guest-ready dining areas.
• Coordinate take-out orders with accuracy and presentation.
• Communicate dietary needs and service concerns to the team.
• Work with servers, culinary team, and leadership for coordinated service.
• Step in during busy periods to support the team.
• Follow Ranch service standards and safety requirements.
