Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui is seeking a DUO AM Manager to lead the hotel’s All Day or Fine Dining restaurant team, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to luxury standards. You will train, coach and supervise staff, while upholding Four Seasons quality in food, beverage service and guest relations.

Role requires at least 2 years of F&B management experience, strong English communication, and compliance with local certifications.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years Front-of-House F&B management experience.
• Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost and labor control.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Hawaii work authorization required.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card, Maui Liquor Card, ServSafe within 3 months, TB clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct and coach all restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Be visible in the operation, recognize staff, handle guest requests and concerns.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items and wine knowledge in a premium setting.
