Job summary

Viceroy Hotels is seeking an AM Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Sun Valley resort, to coordinate and supervise breakfast, lunch and morning service operations across multiple outlets. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure elevated guest experiences, and partner with culinary and resort leadership to drive service standards and financial performance.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will schedule shifts, manage labor, training and performance, while upholding SOPs,

Qualifications

Experience leading multiple outlets in luxury hospitality.
Strong guest service, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of multiple F&B outlets throughout the resort.
Lead front-of-house team; supervise, coach, and develop staff.
Maintain high service standards and financial performance across outlets.
Collaborate with culinary leadership and other departments for seamless operations.
Assist with scheduling, labor, payroll, and productivity controls.
Support banquet, pool, lounge, restaurant, café, and events as needed.
