Hyatt Regency DFW is seeking a Culinary Supervisor (AM Shift) to lead our restaurant kitchens with a hands‑on approach and a focus on quality and teamwork.

You will oversee operations, train cooks, and uphold safety and guest satisfaction while supporting cost controls. This full‑time on‑site role requires weekend and holiday availability and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of culinary experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic cost‑control knowledge and portion control experience.
• Strong communication and leadership to train cooks and manage shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily culinary operations for restaurant outlets.
• Ensure high‑quality food production that meets guest expectations.
• Support and train cooks across multiple stations.
• Lead the team in the absence of a Sous Chef.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, teamwork, and efficiency standards.
• Contribute to cost‑control efforts and productivity goals.
