Coury Hospitality is seeking a Cook (AM) for the dual-brand campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection & AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, CA. This role supports the Marriott brands, delivering elevated breakfast service and culinary experiences for Silicon Valley travelers.

You will contribute to a dynamic kitchen, ensuring precise preparation, quality, and presentation while maintaining safety standards across two brands.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant, hotel, banquet, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and kitchen safety.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets, and portion standards with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and events.
• Use grilling, sautéing, roasting, baking, frying, steaming, and broiling methods.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and production planning.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to ensure seamless service.
• Support banquet, catering, and special events as needed.
• Uphold health department, food safety, and Marriott brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork and excellence.
