Coury Hospitality's TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotels by Marriott Sunnyvale Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, CA, seek an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program across restaurants, banquets, catering, in-room dining, and special events. This role is the culinary vision and operational leader, shaping a luxury dining identity for Silicon Valley's premier properties.

It requires 7+ years of leadership, a Culinary Degree, and a passion for innovation, mentorship, and guest service

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury hotels or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to innovate menus reflecting seasonality and luxury positioning.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and retain top culinary talent.
• Expert knowledge of menu costing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational skills and operating discipline with food safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across all dining outlets, banquets, and events.
• Develop and execute innovative, seasonally driven menus.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and drive kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.
