Job summary

The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a morning kitchen prep associate to prepare culinary items for guests and hotel clients. You will handle pantry and fry stations, ensure items meet production requirements and quality standards, while maintaining a sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes, prepping ahead, rotating stock, preventing waste, and supporting buffet operations. Must have safety knowledge and reliable English communication.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Culinary certificate or degree preferred.
• Three - Six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards.
• Start and assemble items, prep ahead while matching estimated needs.
• Rotate perishables and ensure proper temperatures and storage.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked and manage out-of-stock items.
• Return unused items to designated storage and support cost control.
