Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)
Accountable for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino and Hotel facilities, property, and equipment.

Specific Responsibilities And Duties
- Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino property.
- Knowledge of HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.
- Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance projects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.
- Ensure thorough maintenance and repair of the casino facility, maintaining safety and security for guests and team members.
- Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and safety equipment related to maintenance.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Be knowledgeable about all facilities and entertainment options available to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (skills, Knowledge, And Abilities)
- Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in maintenance.
- Promptly answer calls, maintain politeness, and attentiveness to team members and guests.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to perform duties under time pressure in an interruptive environment.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training and certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial facility; valid driver’s license may be required.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, bending, walking.
- Lifting up to 25 lbs. overhead and at arm’s length; assisted lifting may exceed 200 lbs.
- Stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing.
Working Conditions
- 24/7 casino environment with extensive gaming and entertainment space.
- Exposure to smoke, bright lights, loud noises, and chemicals used in maintenance.
- Work in varied weather conditions and confined spaces.
