Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for ALWIN in Plano, TX to provide post-sales technical support to integrators and end users. You will diagnose, program, and troubleshoot the ALWIN platform in the field, with travel as needed.

The role requires a background in low-voltage/access control, networking fundamentals, and strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Background as a low-voltage / Access Control technician is required.
• Working knowledge of basic scripting languages and system configuration for troubleshooting.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for ALWIN deployments, troubleshoot hardware, software, and integration issues.
• Diagnose and resolve low-voltage system issues on-site and remotely.
• Assist with commissioning, configuration, and programming of ALWIN and connected subsystems.
