ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for ALWIN in Plano, TX to provide post-sales technical support to integrators and end users. You will diagnose, program, and troubleshoot the ALWIN platform in the field, with travel as needed.
The role requires a background in low-voltage/access control, networking fundamentals, and strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer, ALWIN to provide post-sales technical support for ALWIN installations, working directly with integrators and end users to commission, program, and troubleshoot the platform in the field. This role reports into the Customer Service and Technical team. Some business travel is required.
