Responsibilities

• Lead execution of capital projects at the site, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
• Apply project management tools and methodologies to ensure consistent execution and reporting.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, standards, and safety expectations, escalating issues.
• Drive project lifecycle from feasibility through handover and SAP asset management where applicable.
• Lead DSP preparation and ensure alignment with approved capital plans.
